Terms and conditions
Booking – Payment – Security Deposit:
The rental is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the signed contract.
The balance is due no later than one month before arrival, by bank transfer.
The balance must be accompanied by a security deposit of €2,000 for a villa and €1,500 for an apartment, which will be released after the end of the stay unless, upon departure, we find damage to the furniture, belongings, linens, or equipment caused by the tenants.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation if the balance and the security deposit have not been paid.
The rental period begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy and fees:
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
14 to 2 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total rental amount.
Less than 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total rental amount.
Property usage:
Rentals require that the property be cleaned before your departure. For your convenience, the departure cleaning is already included in your rate.
As an option, we can offer a cleaning service once or twice a week, which will be charged per cleaning visit.
The accommodation provided is furnished and equipped. A complete inventory of furniture, dishes, linens, and other items will be taken upon arrival.
The tenant uses the premises as a temporary vacation residence, excluding any commercial or professional use. Subletting, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
The tenant must respect the neighborhood rules and normal rules of conduct. Our housing development rules do not allow parties or noisy gatherings.
Our accommodations are non-smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations.
Airport transfers are not included in the price.
The arrival date and time, as well as the flight number, must be provided in advance to allow us to organize check-in.
Renting a car is essential for the duration of your stay.
Dates and changes:
After a confirmed booking, if the tenant decides to change their stay dates and the owner cannot accommodate these changes, the booking will be considered cancelled by the tenant.
Changes to arrival or departure times due to air traffic, security requirements, or other reasons will not entitle the tenant to any compensation whatsoever.
Responsibilities:
The property is insured by the owner, who undertakes to deliver it in a perfectly clean and well-maintained condition, conforming to the description on the website and to current standards.
However, the owner cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, accidents, damage, or other problems that may occur to any tenants or their belongings. Tenants are strictly responsible for their own personal belongings.
Once the booking is confirmed, the service provider guarantees the rental in accordance with the booking contract.
In the event of default or inability to provide the agreed-upon service, the owner undertakes to refund any amounts already paid, corresponding to the deposit for the service in question, or to offer a replacement service within the limits of the one booked.
Any dispute or disagreement must be reported no later than two days after the keys are handed over. This will allow us to resolve the problem or reach an amicable agreement. After this period, and without an on-site inspection, no claim will be accepted.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Occupancy:
Our villas can accommodate 8 guests. Our apartments can accommodate 6 guests. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional guests not included in the initial booking.
Natural or extraordinary disasters:
In the event of a cyclone, natural disaster, or extraordinary event forcing tenants to leave the accommodation or Martinique before the end of the rental period, we will not be able to reimburse the unoccupied days, nor cover any additional costs incurred as a result of the event.
