Rules

Here is some important information regarding our villas and apartments.

Arrival and departure:

• Arrival from 5:00 PM
• Departure before 12:00 PM (noon)

During your stay:

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests in villas / 6 guests in apartments
• Pets are not allowed
• No party or evening
• Smoking is prohibited
• Commercial photography is permitted

Before you leave our accommodations, please:

• Throw away the rubbish
• Switch off the lights and turn off appliances
• Shut the windows, close the sliding-doors, and lock the accommodation
• Return the keys

Safety instructions (for villas):

• Pool/jacuzzi without fence or lock
• The pools do not have barriers but an alarm system in case of a fall into the pool. It can be armed and disarmed at any time.

Safety features:

• Smoke detector installed
• No carbon monoxide detector is installed. We suggest you bring a portable detector for your trip.

Prohibitions specific to our apartments (Florida Mer and Florida Soleil) :

• The building regulations prohibit hanging laundry or towels on the terrace railing or throwing trash or sand over the terrace, out of respect for the neighbors below.
  We provide a clothesline and a clothes dryer.
• Smoking is prohibited
