On the terrace, you can enjoy your meals at the large table, where you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. A lounge area allows you to chill and enjoy the amazing sunset every evening!
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, including the living room, for your best comfort.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and feature a king-size bed (180cm wide).
The master bedroom opens onto the terrace, offering a sea view upon waking. It has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, allowing you to enjoy the sea view while showering!
The 2 other bedrooms are spacious and overlook the street, each with a king-size bed (180cm wide). They share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
All the bedding is new.
A home office area for working is located in the living room with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (150-300 MB) which allows teleworking from anywhere in the apartment.
Access: The Florida Mer apartment is entirely yours. You have two parking spaces: one covered space under a carport in the outdoor parking area, and one space in the underground garage, with elevator access to the apartment. The building is secured by two large electric gates that you open with a remote control.
The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away. There is no direct access to the sea.
Rules: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Building regulations forbid throwing objects, trash, or sand over the terrace railing. It is forbidden to hang laundry or towels on the railing; we provide a clothes rack and a clothes dryer. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited.
