Brand-new (2025), Villa Amara 2 is very spacious (500m²) and includes a large 200m² terrace with an 11m x 4m infinity pool. Surrounded by a large garden, a 200m² teak terrace with a large infinity pool, and with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it’s the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends.
Located on the Caribbean coast of the island, you are close to beaches and restaurants. You will enjoy a stunning sunset from the terrace every evening.

Villa Amara 2 is nestled within the Domaine d’Amara, a private and secure estate offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
The entire villa is at your disposal: the house itself and a large terrace overlooking the garden where the pool is located.

Layout : 4 bedrooms – 5 beds – 4 bathrooms (each with a toilet and walk-in shower) – 1 separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form 1 king-size bed
The villa is brand-new and very spacious. Furnished in a modern and functional style, and beautifully decorated, it offers 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The villa includes a living room with two sofas and a very large 200m² terrace with an infinity pool.
Three of the 4 bedrooms open directly onto the terrace. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom (including a toilet and walk-in shower).
Villa Amara 2 also features a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen flows into the living room, allowing you to prepare meals while admiring the sea view.
Villa Amara 2 boasts a private TV lounge (2nd TV set, in addition to the TV located in the living room) as well as a private gym.
The villa is ideal for remote work, with two patio tables and a desk in one of the bedrooms. Wifi is excellent, and you can take a dip in the swimming pool between 2 video conferences!
Access by car: You will need a vehicle to get around. Parking is readily available at the villa’s entrance (3 spaces) in the garden, right next to the front door. There is also a garage (which can accommodate 2 vehicles). The villa is accessible on the ground floor.
The domain is gated and secure; you will be provided with a remote control for entry.
