Villa Amara 4 is our newest (delivered at the end of 2025) and our most spacious (550m2) prestige rental villa. Located atop a hill in the Domaine d’Amara, it is nestled in a verdant setting. The surrounding vegetation creates a true haven of privacy.
The villa offers a huge 200m2 terrace and an 11m x 4m infinity pool! Tastefully furnished, contemporary and functional, Villa Amara 4 offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Villa Amara 4 is located in the Domaine d’Amara, a private and secure estate. Nestled in lush greenery, our prestige rental villa offers tranquility and complete privacy, with no overlooking neighbors.
The villa, completed end of 2025, is very spacious (550m²) and includes a large 200m² terrace and an 11m x 4m infinity pool!
The entire property is for you: the house itself and a large terrace overlooking the garden where the pool is located.

Layout : 4 bedrooms – 5 beds – 4 bathrooms (each with a toilet and walk-in shower) – 1 separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form 1 king-size bed
The fully glazed living room offers direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden. The villa is not overlooked and is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful sea view.
Rooms are very spacious. Three of them open directly onto the terrace. Each room has its own bathroom (including a walk-in shower and toilet). Three bathrooms are accessible directly from the bedroom for added convenience.
The villa also offers a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen leads into the living room.
The terrace is a spacious and well-furnished living area with several armchairs and an outdoor sofa. The surrounding vegetation ensures complete privacy.
Villa Amara 4 features a private TV lounge (in addition to the TV in the main living room), a pool table and a private gym.
Villa Amara 4 is perfect for holidays or remote working, thanks to a very good quality wifi accessible everywhere.
Car access: A vehicle is necessary to get around. You can easily park at the entrance to the villa (3 spaces) in the garden, very close to the front door. There is also a garage (which can accommodate 2 vehicles). The villa is accessible on the ground floor.
The Domaine d’Amara is gated and secure; you will be provided with a remote control for entry.
