Villa Amara 1 is a beautiful, modern and spacious 400m² house with breathtaking 180° ocean views of the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by a large garden, a 200m² teak terrace with a large infinity pool, the villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa Amara 1 is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends.
Located on the Caribbean coast of the island of Martinique, in a tourist area and close to an international golf course, you are close to beaches, shops and restaurants, and you can enjoy the amazing sunset from your terrace every evening.

The entire villa is at your disposal: the house itself and a large terrace overlooking the garden where the private swimming pool is located.

Layout: 4 bedrooms – 5 beds – 3 bathrooms (each with a toilet and walk-in shower) – 1 separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be joined into 1 king-size bed
The 2 master bedrooms are very spacious and both feature a king-size bed. Three of the 4 bedrooms open onto the terrace through French doors, offering direct access to the pool. The fourth bedroom, with 2 single beds, is ideal for children. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Large closets and two walk-in closets in the bedrooms provide ample storage space. The 3 en-suite bathrooms ensure complete privacy. The largest bathroom also has a separate entrance.
Villa Amara 1 also features a separate WC room for guests.
The kitchen is open and overlooks the wide living room. You can prepare your meals looking at the amazing ocean view.
The large pool (11m x 4m) is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Sun loungers are arranged all around the pool, for added comfort.
Villa Amara 1 is spacious and ideally suited for working from home, with two patio tables and a desk in one of the bedrooms. Wifi is excellent, and you can take a dip in the pool between video conferences!
Access by car: You will need a vehicle to get around the island. Parking is at the villa’s entrance (with a capacity of 3 vehicles) in the garden, just by the front door. The villa is accessible on the ground floor.
The Domaine d’Amara offers a safe and private living environment. You will be provided with a remote control for entry.
