Villa Amara 3 is a brand-new, luxurious, and very spacious villa. Located atop a hill in Domaine d’Amara, it boasts breathtaking 180° views of the Caribbean Sea.
Built in 2025, the villa is very large (500m²) with a huge 200m² terrace and an 11m x 4m infinity pool where you can watch the stunning sunset over the sea every evening! Tastefully furnished, modern, and functional, Villa Amara 3 features 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Villa Amara 3 is located in Domaine d’Amara, a private and secure estate offering exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea.
The entire villa is at your disposal: the house itself and a large terrace overlooking the garden where the pool is located.

Layout : 4 bedrooms – 5 beds – 4 bathrooms (each with a toilet and walk-in shower) – 1 separate toilet
- 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form 1 king-size bed
The fully glazed living room offers direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden. The view is exceptional from every room in this sumptuous villa.
The bedrooms are very spacious. Three of them open directly onto the terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (including a walk-in shower and toilet). Three of them are accessible directly from the bedrooms, for added comfort.
The villa also offers a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen overlooks the living room, allowing you to prepare meals and enjoy the sea view at the same time.
The terrace is a spacious and well-furnished living area with several armchairs and an outdoor sofa, ensuring privacy for everyone.
Villa Amara 3 boasts a private TV lounge (2nd TV set, in addition to the TV located in the living room) as well as a private gym.
Villa Amara 3 is perfect for a vacation or for remote working, with excellent wifi access.
Access by car: A vehicle is necessary for getting around. Parking is readily available at the villa’s entrance (capacity of 3 vehicles) in the garden, very close to the front door. A garage (which can accommodate 2 vehicles) is also available. The villa is accessible on the ground floor.
The domain is gated and secure; you will be provided with a remote control for entry.
